“Richard captured our wedding day perfectly, we couldn't recommend him more!
From the first interaction with Richard he was professional, friendly and approachable. He was happy to answer any questions we had and was prompt in sending over any documents or responses when needed. We felt no pressure to agree to anything if we didn't want it and when we decided to increase the number of hours for our wedding day Richard was more than accommodating.
We had a engagement photoshoot prior to the wedding and this gave us a chance to meet with Richard and experience having photos done before our wedding. This meant we were super comfortable on the day and the engagement photos are beautiful.
On the day we hardly noticed Richard which is exactly what we wanted, at no point did he boss us around or make us feel uncomfortable. He was happy to go along with any ideas we had as well as recommending his own. We spent about 45 minutes taking 'formal' portraits which we love so much, this whole process was made easier by completing a form before the day with the key people needed for family photos, this list was then handed to our best man who rounded everyone up.
Our final gallery contained over 400 photos that we absolutely love, Richard captured the emotions and the people of the day perfectly. Key moments from our special day have been frozen in time for us to look back on in years to come.
